These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arshhome.com and any purchase made through it. "We", "us" and "ARSH HOME" refer to the store; "you" refers to the visitor or customer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

We take care to display our furniture, crystal, textiles and décor pieces as accurately as possible. That said, please keep in mind:

• Screen colours may vary slightly from the physical product depending on your device.
• Handcrafted pieces — particularly crystal, glass and wood items — may show minor natural variation in tone, cut or grain; this is a feature of handmade work, not a defect.
• Dimensions listed on product pages are approximate unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, and to limit quantities on any item.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we send you confirmation by email or WhatsApp — adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

All prices on arshhome.com are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa & MasterCard (via secure payment gateway)
• Stripe
• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery (available on select areas and order sizes)

Full payment (or an agreed deposit for large furniture pieces) is required before an order is processed for delivery.

We deliver across Egypt through our own team and trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary for made-to-order furniture or during high-demand periods such as sales and holidays. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, so please make sure your details are accurate.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our dedicated Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping product data, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

All content on this site — product photography, descriptions, logo and design — is the property of ARSH HOME and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

ARSH HOME is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The version published on this page is always the current one, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
